This woman's voice still shouts at us even now. Voice of sacarsm, hopelessness, doubt, mockery, disdain, disapproval, disappointment, suicide and so on. These are voices, like Job's wife's, that may knock on your door at a point in life but you have to keep the door shut. Guard your heart with all diligence. Stand tall and retain your integrity. Cursing God will never change who God is but taking sides with Him will completely change your situation. Your story may not be exactly the same as job's story but you both have something in common - Happy ending. All things work together for your good. Lines are falling unto you in pleasant places and you have a goodly heritage. HIS plans for you are of good not evil to bring you to the expected end. You will definitely recover all if you keep your mouth and your heart from cursing God.
Thus says the LORD, the Redeemer of Israel, and his Holy One, to him whom man despises, to him whom the nation detests, to a servant of rulers, Kings shall see and arise, princes also shall worship, because of the LORD that is faithful, and the Holy One of Israel, and he shall choose you. Isaiah 49:7
If you can go through this test of faith without leaving God's camp, without listening to Job's wife and without agreeing to hopelessness then God will choose you for fame and restoration.
So when job's wife stares at you with disgust shouting at the top of her voice of hopelessness, saying "curse your God and die!" You reply with the loudest lion-roar saying "I will bless the Lord at all times and in all times, His praises shall continually be in my mouth. For I know my Redeemer lives!"
Retain your integrity, stay hopeful, let life spring up in you and rivers of living water flow out of you. Praise Him in the storm and in all things give thanks.
Bless God and Live!
Have a blessed week!
